Eat five small meals a day. Perform increasingly higher reps. Actually, perform low reps. Include lean protein with each serving. Hang on, best to avoid too much protein. Stay away from carbohydrates such as…..zzzzz.

Honestly. I mean, really.
There are the elite few who embrace a Spartan, joyless existence. They weigh lettuce before putting it on a sandwich, have muscles that are yet to be named and body fat counts lower than a ballerina on a hunger strike. All impressive I suppose but you wouldn`t want to be caught chatting to them at a barbecue or…anywhere really.

Alcohol? Steer clear! Actually…one glass a day can actually be beneficial. In fact, it’s fun.

Give yourself more quality time. Then again, spend more time with family and friends.
